After college, I started out as an Associate at Coopers & Lybrand in their Actuarial, Benefits, and Compensation Consulting practice. I became a retirement plan services professional, specializing in the FIS (formerly SunGard) Omni recordkeeping platform, retirement plan design, and compliance (former QPA, QKA). I jumped from the operations side of retirement plan services to the information technology side, specifically web and voice response integration with the Omni platform. From there I continued to work with various fintech companies, expanding my technical knowledge and honing my analysis skills.

 

When Agile happened, I was fortunate to be working with a company that was an early adopter. I have worked with, or as a member of, many different agile teams in many different organizations. On those teams I have been a scrum master, a BA, and a product owner.
